Subject: BoF of local chapter in Asia

Hi All,

Great to meet-up again at FOSS4G-Asia 2018.

As representatives for OSGeo Local Chapters from
China, India, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand are
available at FOSS4G-Asia 2018 conference. It maybe
a good idea to meet up at a BoF on 3 Dec, 2018
between 18:00 and 19:00.

The main agenda item could be

1) Formation of OSGeo-Asia regional alliance (as
you are aware, there is already an OSGeo-Europe
regional group)

2) Share ideas about organizing the next FOSS4G-Asia
2020

3) Any other item

I look forward to your response about the
possibility of participating in the BoF and also
suggestions regarding the agenda items for
discussion.
