Dear foss4ga,
I tried several times to pay the registration fee (200 USD) via Paypal ("Pay with my PayPal account) but it always fails (I get an error message by Paypal that at the moment my payment cannot be processed). I have more than 300 USD available on my PayPal account, so it cannot be a problem of coverage. I tried this for several days now, it seems to be a permanent issue. Does anyone else have this problem?
