My paper was accepted for presentation at the conference, and I registered with great enthusiasm to participate. However, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I was unfortunately unable to attend the event.

I understand that refund policies vary, and I would be grateful if you could advise on the possibility of processing a refund for my registration fee. If a direct refund is not feasible, I would like to inquire whether the registration amount could be applied toward article processing charges for publication in the GIS/Ideas journal, if such an arrangement is possible.
