Dear All,

The FOSS4G-Asia 2014 program is now online at [1].
This is an almost final program but some last minutes
changes may still be required.

Oral presentations are for 20 minutes duration (15 min.
presentation and 5 minutes Q&A). Poster presentation
have 90 minutes core-time when the poster presenters
will be required to be present before their posters for
Q&A. Poster presenters will have to bring printed posters
(A0 Size) to affix on allotted poster panels on the
morning of 3 Dec 2014 and will need to un-mount
their poster after the poster session.

Instructions for oral and poster sessions are available
at [2] and [3].

All presenters and participants are expected to send
their registration form [4] to foss4g.asian@gmail.com.

Training workshops are being organized on 2 Dec 2014 [5].
Please indicate your choice of workshop in the registration
form.

Extra Conference Souvenirs (T-Shirt and Bag) can be ordered at
[6].
