First of all, we would like to express our gratitude for your interest in FOSS4G Asia 2023 Seoul.

If you have purchased FOSS4G-Asia tickets, you will be able to attend all sessions except for the workshops.

If you complete your registration, the followings will be provided:

- 3 days of lunch (from November 29th to December 1st)

- Icebreaker

- Gala Dinner

Early Bird registration has been extended until November 8th, after which it will switch to regular registration.

You can safely confirm and complete your registration by making payment through PayPal.

Additionally, the deadline for speaker registration is November 5th, and failure to register may result in the cancellation of your presentation.

*Please note that workshop tickets and FOSS4G-Asia attendance tickets must be purchased separately. If you register for workshops only, these benefits will not be provided.

Please complete your registration by November 14th. 

After November 14th, you will need to proceed with on-site registration, and you may not be eligible for benefits such as attending the Ice Breaker, Gala Dinner, and receiving commemorative items.

For those who require a visa, we will provide an official invitation letter. Please complete your personal information through the following link:

It may take up to 3 days to process the invitation letter, so please ensure to verify the required visa application forms from the Korean embassy or consulate in your respective country before applying for the invitation letter.

We will send the invitation letter after the registration is completed.
