[Gisideas] Full-paper submission for GIS-IDEAS 2008

Dear GIS-IDEAS 2008 Presenters/Authors, The deadline for submission of full papers for GIS-IDEAS 2008 has been extended from 30th September, 2008 to 15 october 2008. The October 15 2008 extended deadline will be *final*. No further extension will be possible since we have to get the conference program and proceedings ready in time.
