Dear All, GIS-IDEAS 2012 International Conference is scheduled to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam from 16-20 October, 2012. The conference is jointly organized by Japan-Vietnam Geoinformatics Consortium (JVGC), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Resources Geography (HCMIRG) and will be held at HCMUT. More information about the conference is available at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/ Pre-registration and abstract submission can be done from the conference web-site. The organizers of GIS-IDEAS 2012 are seeking support from sponsors,exhibitors advertisers. Please see the details in the conference website. Dear GIS-IDEAS Participants, Many thanks for your kind participation in GIS-IDEAS 2012. We are looking forward to welcome you and seek your support in organizing a great conference. The deadline for early registration, full paper submission is nearing and scheduled for 15 September 2012. We would like to request 1) Authors to submit their full paper before the submission deadline (15 September 2012). The submission would require authors to login at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/submit.php using the login and password that has already been mailed to you. Authors are also requested to *strictly* follow the author guidelines available at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/author_guide.html Full paper submission that do not *strictly* follow the author guidelines will not be included in the conference Proceedings. 2) All authors and participants are requested avail the early registration and register before 15th Sept 2012 at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/registration.php Late registration fee will be applicable after 15th Sept. 2012. Corresponding author *must register* for the conference. Submission of authors who do not pre-register will not be included in the conference proceedings.
