Dear distinguished guests, Thank you very much for submitting the full paper GIS IDEAS 2023 hosted at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment (HUNRE) Hanoi, Vietnam from 7 - 9, November 2023. The Organizing Board would like to inform you of some information related to the Conference as follows: 1. The Conference GIS IDEAS 2023 will be organized under two ways: Online and Onsite 2, All authors/Presenters must register for the conference to initiate the full paper review process.
