Based on several requests from authors, the FINAL DEADLINE for
submission of full-papers has been extended to 15 October, 2023.

This will be final deadline for submission of full-papers. Submissions without
full paper submission by 15 October, 2023 will me published as abstract only.

Thank you for your understanding and hope that this extension will give
you additional time to prepare your full papers.
