Sorry for the delay in my reply. Hope your will be able to make it to GIS-IDEAS 2004.
In any case, please submit your full paper before Aug 2004. We will include it in the conference proceedings. Also please register your name from the conference website. The Proceedings will be mailed to your address after the conference provided you have paid the registration fee. We will let you know about the mode of payment in due course.
