We are pleased of your interest to participate in GIS-IDEAS will be held in Hanoi from 25-28 September 2002.
The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is now arranging to send invitation letter to you as soon as possible by e-mail and regular mail.
To facilitate travel (VISA) arrangements, all overseas participants are requested to provide the following information to Dr. Hoang Minh Hien, GISIDEAS Co- Coordinator (hmh@netnam.vn). Upon receiving the information the LOC will take necessary steps to enable issue of official VISA for all overseas participants at the respective Vietnam Embassy or Consulate:
