I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to my involvement in several conference activities and having two presentations, I previously requested not to present the following paper:
“Spatio-Temporal Deep Learning for Drifting Buoy Trajectory Forecasting: Multi-Dataset Evaluation and Operational Error Characterization.”
However, I have arranged for another co-author to present the paper on my behalf.

Dear Authors,
As GIS-IDEAS 2026 is approaching, we would like to remind all authors of an important conference policy regarding publication in the proceedings.
According to the conference regulations, each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by at least one of its authors in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
Therefore, if an author cancels their participation and the paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will be withdrawn from the GIS-IDEAS 2026 proceedings and will not be included in either:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may sometimes prevent an author from attending. However, if the main author is unable to attend, where possible, arrange for another co-author to present the paper on their behalf.

We would therefore greatly appreciate it if all authors could carefully reconsider their attendance and confirm their participation in the conference.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming you to GIS-IDEAS 2026 in Hanoi.
