Hi Phuong Van,
The scientific committee has selected your paper for poster presentation. There is no difference regarding submission of full paper for oral oral presentation. Poster presentation offers you more time to interact with other participants in the poster session.
The conference fee for students from anywhere in the world is 15USD. This is to make it affordable for students and, at the same time, help the organizer to cover some cost of processing student submissions.
