I am writing to kindly ask you to check and confirm the publication status and publication venue of my paper submitted to GIS-IDEAS 2026:

“Evaluation of New Global Gravity Models Using GNSS-Leveling Data in Viet Nam”

I have already paid the Conference Fee for GIS-IDEAS 2026, as shown in the attached payment confirmation. The payment was made on 28 May 2026, with the following transaction details:

• Amount: VND 1,500,000
• Payment content: Phung Trung Thanh – Evaluation of New Global Gravity Models Using GNSS-Leveling Data in Viet Nam – paid for GIS-IDEAS2026

Before making the payment, I had also contacted the organizers by email to express my preference for having this paper considered for publication in The GIS-IDEAS Journal (TGIJ) under the journal APC arrangement, rather than only in the GIS-IDEAS 2026 e-Proceedings.

Therefore, could you please kindly check your records and confirm which publication venue my paper has been assigned to:

1. GIS-IDEAS 2026 e-Proceedings (APCs included in the Conference Fee), or
2. The GIS-IDEAS Journal (TGIJ) (journal APCs).

If my paper is currently scheduled for the e-Proceedings, I would also appreciate it if you could let me know whether my previous request to consider the paper for TGIJ has been received and whether it is still possible to process it for the journal.

I would be very grateful if you could confirm the current status of my paper so that I can make sure that the publication arrangement is correct.
