I am indeed very happy to receive your letter of Invitation for the proposed Training and Symposium on above mentioned Topic.
I am a lecturer at the Department of Geology, University of Pune,India. I am very much interested to undergo this Training as this will enrich my knowledge which i intend to pass on to the student community as well as give us an opportunity to undertake collaborative research.
I anticipate that all travel, lodging and boarding facilities will be provided by your University. I would like to know the tentative dates for the said Training Programme.
