Dear Organizers,
My name is Tong Si Son, Some weeks ago, I submitted the abstract with the title "Machine learning and UAV hyperspectral image for estimating phosphorus concentration in rice leaves. An example in Vietnam" to the GIS Idea conference 2024. However, there is a problem related to the conflict in my schedule recently, I could not finish my full paper. For that reason, I am sorry for *not participating *in the conference 2024.
