This is the second for paper for the above conference. Anyone with a paper, poster or computer application pertinent to the listed conference themes is invited to submit an abstract (1 page max.) to the respective session organizer for consideration. Please indicate the type of presentation that you prefer (i.e., oral, poster, or computer demonstration). Abstract submission deadline is May 31, 2003. Late submissions will be considered if there is sufficient space on the meeting timetable. Notification of acceptance will be issued on June 15, 2003.
Registration deadline: July 20, 2003.
