*Important notification about change of conference venue*
In order to facilitate better organization of the GIS-IDEAS 2008, the conference venue has been shifted to a new venue as below;
Ta Quang Buu Library Building Hanoi University of Technology 1 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung District Hanoi, Vietnam

The new venue is centrally located, with modern conference facilities and not very far from the previous venue (La Thanh Guest House). So, we do not aniticipate that partcipants will be inconvenienced in any way.
Detailed schedule of GIS-IDEAS 2008 will be available by the beginning on November 2008.
Look forward to seeing you all at the new GIS-IDEAS 2008 conference venue.
