c) Early-bird registration will close on 16 Nov., 2018. After that,

there will be only on-site registration. Receiving conference

kits for on-site registrants is not assured. So please complete

your registration before 16 Nov. 2018 to avoid disappoint and

help us to prepare for your kits in advance
