Dear All,

The GIS-IDEAS 2014 program is now on line at [1].
This is an almost final program but some last minutes
changes may still be required.

Oral presentations are for 20 minutes duration (15 min.
presentation and 5 minutes Q&A). Poster presentation
have 90 minutes core-time when the poster presenters
will be required to be present before their posters for
Q&A. Poster presenters will have to bring printed posters
(A0 Size) to affiix on allotted poster panels on the
morning of 8 Dec 2014 and will need to un-mount
their poster after the poster session.

All presenters and participants are expected to confirm
their participation by sending the reconfirmation form to
gisideas.secretary@gmail.com. Participants/persenters
who do not re-confirm may not receive the conference kit
as we are preparing only limited number for confirmed
participants.

Training workshops are being organized on 6 Dec 2014.
Please indicate your choice of workshop in the re-confirmation
form.
