Myself introduce, my name Tong Phuoc Hoang Son, Head of GIS and Remote Sensing - Institute of Oceanography - Nha Trang - Vietnam . I was coordinator of some international projects the capacity building on the RS such as Nippon - POGO on application ocean colour imagery for detecting HAB and forecast the fishery domains (2007) by mean of long tern training coure 3 months in Vietnam.
PI of JAXA (Japan) "Assesment the coral health in southern Vietnam sea waters by ALOS and Ocean color imagery (2007-2009)"
I 'm very pleasure and happy if received your collaboration and supporting for help us by mean of knowledge increasing and improving the RS's skill of our students/colleagues for assess the climate change by remote sensing techniques and also modelling methods.
If you agree with my proposal, could you give me to know as soon as possible. I will introduce/nominate some my colleuagues to participate the training.
