Dear Authors,
We would like to kindly remind all authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation at GIS-IDEAS 2026 to complete their conference registration and payment as soon as possible.
As previously announced, we have sent several reminders regarding the early registration deadline of May 31, 2026. However, the number of registered authors remains relatively low at this stage.
Please note that, according to the conference policy, at least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and pay the required conference registration fee, including the publication fee for the Springer Proceedings and TGIJ journal (If
accepted). Failure to complete the registration and payment process will result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings and therefore not published in the Springer volume.
We sincerely encourage all authors who have not yet completed their registration to do so at their earliest convenience to ensure the inclusion of your papers in the official conference proceedings.
If you have already completed your registration and payment, please disregard this message.
