This year's conference is especially significant as it is held in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology (1966–2026) and the 60th Anniversary of the Faculty of Geomatics, Cartography, and Land Administration. The conference will be hosted by the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology (HUMG) in Hanoi, Vietnam, in collaboration with Osaka Metropolitan University (Japan), the Vietnam National Space Center (VNSC), and the Association of Geo-Informatics Laboratories in Europe (AGILE).
