Many thanks for your full-paper submissions to the GIS-IDEAS 2008 conference. The last date for submission of full papers was 15 October 2008.

Full papers can be viewed by clicking the paper title on and then clicking the "Full text: PDF" link.
*Important points about full-paper formating*
a) Authors are expected to strictly follow the author guidlines available at http://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas08/author_guide.html and also read and use the submission template (also available in the same page above) to prepare camera-ready copies of their manuscript.
b) Maximum page limit is 6 pages (one-sided). Papers exceeding this limit (except for some invited keynote presentation) will not be published in the hardcopy proceedings of the conference. Please check your submissions and verify that the papers do *not* exceed 6 pages.
c) do no use page numbering
d) Please include a footer. Odd-numbered pages should have the workshop title, and even-numbered pages the paper title, abbreviated if necessary.
e) Hardcopy of Proceedings will be printed in Black&White so use very high quality figure to ensure clear reproduction.
f) Authors can make changes to their submissions till 20 Oct 2008 (Mon) to ensure that author guidelines are strictly followed. To upload new version of your paper before 20 Oct 2008 (Monday), please follow the steps below 1) go to http://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas08/submit.php 2) choose "Login if You Have Previously Submitted an Abstract" 3) Use username and password that you should have received while submitting abstract 4) Click on your paper title 5) choose link "Document Submission" 6) Select local PDF file (your manuscript) and upload.
g) To repeat again, papers that do not follow the author guidelines as of 20 Oct 2008 (monday) will not be included in the hardcopy proceedings of GIS-IDEAS 2008.
