We have had overwhelming response both in terms of submission and registration of participants. We are glad to inform that the conference organizers have decided not to charge enhanced late registration fee for participants. The registration rates for all participants will be an standard rates. Details about the registration is available at http://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas08/registration.php Registration fee can be paid at the conference venue or through bank transfer (details available at the above registration page).
If you have made payment through bank transfer at late registration rates, please ask for refund at the registration desk after showing your payment receipt.
Presenters and Participants are advised to register before 15 Nov 2008 to ensure that they receive copies of the conference proceedings and registration kit at the conference venue. Persons registering after 15 Nov cannot be guaranteed to receive Conference Kit and Proceedings as we will prepare only limited kits.
