I am indeed very happy to receive your letter of Invitation for the proposed Training and Symposium on above mentioned Topic.
I am a lecturer  /Ph.D/  at the Department of Meteorology and Ecology, National University of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar. I have been involved with teaching and research in the field of of Remote Sensing and Modeling of Climate Change.Â
 I am very much interested to undergo this Training as this will enrich my knowledge which i intend to pass on to the student community as well as give us an opportunity to undertake collaborative research.
I anticipate that all travel, lodging and boarding facilities will be provided by your University. I would like to know the tentative dates for the said Training Programme.
