I am an author of GIS-IDEAS 2010. I have registered for the conference through Website and received the Invoice. Do I have to confirm the presentation by sending an email to you after uploading full paper?
Moreover, If I send the fees through bank transfer, can I pay by VND instead of USD? Because I am the native Vietnamese and it takes a lot of time to change the currency.

In view of several requests for extension of deadline for full-paper submissions from authors, the organizing committee has decided to extend the deadline till Oct 25 2010.
All authors are requested to submission
a) *Strictly* follow the guidelines at http://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas10/submit.php and if you have difficulty in uploading full-paper as PDF, please contact gidea-office@gisws.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp
b) Verify that their PDF files have been properly uploaded by following the hyperlink of their paper at http://wgrass.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas10/papers.php?first_letter=all
