The deadline for early registration, full paper submission is nearing and scheduled for 15 September 2012. We would like to request
1) Authors to submit their full paper before the submission deadline (15 September 2012). The submission would require authors to login at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/submit.php using the login and password that has already been mailed to you.
Authors are also requested to *strictly* follow the author guidelines available at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/author_guide.html
Full paper submission that do not *strictly* follow the author guidelines will not be included in the conference Proceedings.
2) All authors and participants are requested avail the early registration and register before 15th Sept 2012 at http://gisws1.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/gisideas12/registration.php Late registration fee will be applicable after 15th Sept. 2012.
Corresponding author *must register* for the conference. Submission of authors who do not pre-register will not be included in the conference proceedings.

To whom it may concerns; My name is Lê Lina, researcher from Hanoi University of Science. I have just registered to participate GISIDEAS 2012 with the paper entitled " Vulnerability assessment of Ba Lat delta coastal zone to sea level rise and climate change". Regarding to the conference, since this would be the first time I will have joined such kind of event, I would like to ask you several questions. 1. Firstly, what is "exhibit product"? 2. Secondly, I'm unable to download and print the invoice after doing my registration, I am not so sure whether it was my false or due to your server. 3. And lastly, I would like to reaffirm that it is possible for me to pay the conference fee equivalent in Vietnam Dong on the commencement day of the conference enclosed with my invoice.

The fee can be charged in cash (Vietnam Dong) can pay at the registration desk at the begginning day of conference.
