Dear Oral & Poster Presenters at GIS-IDEAS 2026,
We are pleased to inform you that the GIS-IDEAS 2026 Conference will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from September 24 to 27, 2026. As the conference is approaching, we kindly ask all authors to prepare their presentations in advance according to the presentation format assigned to their papers.
For Oral Presentations, each presentation will have a total time allocation of 20 minutes, including presentation and the question-and-answer (Q&A) session. We therefore recommend that authors plan for approximately 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Oral Presenters must upload their presentation slides on the computer available at the oral session room. You can use your own laptop if you wish. If your laptop does not have built-in HDMI slot, please bring appropriate HDMI adapter
For Poster presenters, please print your poster in A0 size and bring it along with you. The poster must be mounted on the assigned poster panel on the morning of 25 September 2026. The poster presenters must be present before their respective poster during the core time of Poster Sessions.
The GIS-IDEAS 2026 Program schedule will be available by 1 September 2026
For your convenience, we have attached two templates to help you prepare your presentation:

Please use the appropriate template according to your assigned presentation format and ensure that your presentation clearly communicates the main objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of your research.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in preparing your presentation in advance. We look forward to welcoming you to Hanoi for GIS-IDEAS 2026 and to an interesting and fruitful conference.
