I am trying to register hotel and travel information to the secretariat and travel agent. However, I could not connect both. According to the website of Japanese embassy of Vietnam, the telephone number of Hanoi region has been changed. We must add "3" to the past phone number. For example, secretariat's fax number should be +84-4-38385840 . I tried this number and the fax is OK (at least, it reached).

As for the travel agent, the reason is the busy line. I will try to connect via fax later.
