All members from overseas (outside Vietnam) members on the GIS-IDEAS Mailing List should have received the invitation from Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of GIS-IDEAS. In case some of you have not received it so far please contact;

The LOC had also requested the following information from overseas participants for issue of official VISA

Date of birth: 7: Expected arrival and departure from Hanoi 8: Accompanying member if any 9: Do you need LOC to arrange your Hotel accommodation Yes/No
