Dear Presenters at GIS-IDEAS 2014,

Authors who have not uploaded their full paper are requested to do so before 5 Dec. 2014. If you do not intend to submit full-paper please inform by sending email to gisideas.secretary@gmail.com

Full paper can be uploaded form the conference web-site at [3]. If you have difficulty in uploading the full-paper, please send the PDF file via email to gisideas.secretary@gmail.com.

Authors who have already submitted full papers pl. verify that your paper is uploaded properly by following the link to the PDF file at [1]. Only full-papers will be published in the conference hardcopy proceedings which is scheduled to be brought out in Feb. 2015. Pl. ensure that the author guidelines [4] are **strictly** followed while preparing your full papers.

Oral presentations will be for 20 minutes (15 minutes+ 5 minutes Q&A). Core time for poster presentations is scheduled from 11:00-12:30 on 8 Dec. 2014 when the authors are expected to be available before their poster for Q&A.

Welcome reception for participants is organized on 7th Dec from 18:30 at Golden Castle, 280 Dong Da St, Danang City.
