Job-san has tested and updated the notebooks to work on present version of PyGILE-Plus.
I understand that the need for tweaking the code was due to (older) numpy version in
PyGILE-Plus.
I tested the code on PyGILE (not PyGILE-Plus) too and the only extra module that is needed to run one
of the notebooks is Bottleneck [1]. I guess that the original notebooks [2] will work
without modification if we upgrade numpy and install Bottleneck in the upcoming
version of PyGILE-Plus.
