Dear GIS-Idea 2026 Conference Secretariat, Thank you very much for accepting our paper entitled: “*Assessment of Spatial Relationships between Land Cover and Air Pollution in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, Using Remote Sensing and Machine Learning*” I regret to inform you that, due to a conflict with my personal schedule, I will not be able to attend the conference on the day of our scheduled presentation and therefore will be unable to present our paper. Important Reminder – Conference Presentation Requirement for Publication

Dear Authors, As GIS-IDEAS 2026 is approaching, we would like to remind all authors of an important conference policy regarding publication in the proceedings. According to the conference regulations, each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by at least one of its authors in order to be included in the conference proceedings. Therefore, if an author cancels their participation and the paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will be withdrawn from the GIS-IDEAS 2026 proceedings and will not be included in either: * the GIS-IDEAS 2026 E-Proceedings, or * the Springer Proceedings volume. We understand that unexpected circumstances may sometimes prevent an author from attending. However, if the main author is unable to attend, where possible, arrange for another co-author to present the paper on their behalf. We would therefore greatly appreciate it if all authors could carefully reconsider their attendance and confirm their participation in the conference.
