The FOSS4G-Asia 2020 host/venue selection has been completed. Update about the voting process and results as below;
a) The voting period was between 9-13 December, 2019
b) Each member of the selection committee was requested cast vote for first and second choice for host and venue and going through the proposals and Q&A responses [1].
c) The team with the most first place votes was to be selected as host for The FOSS4G-Asia 2020.
d) Voting was 100%
e) No tie had to be resolved
f) The Nepal team secured the maximum number of votes as first choice
