The deadline for submission of full-paper for e-proceedings is 10th January 2026. While full paper submission is not mandatory, authors are strongly encouraged to avail the opportunity of having their paper published, after peer-review, in the FOSS4G-Asia 2026 e-Proceedings that will be published in the first quarter of 2026.
Selected papers will also have an opportunity to publish their manuscript in peer-reviewed GIS-IDEAS Journal [1].

The status of currently confirmed talks and workshops is as below;
