- Letter of Interest for 3 teams, namely, Thailand, South Korea
and Nepal [1] have been received. We thank the three teams for expressing their interest in organizing FOSS4G-Asia 2020

We now invite more detailed (max 4 A4 pages) from the Thailand,
Nepal and South Korea teans. The proposal should include items listed in [1]. The teams can refer to 2018 proposals available [2].
- The deadline for submission of proposals is 30 November, 2019

- Q&A period on the submitted bid is from 1-6 December, 2019.
Deadline for each team to answer Questions from Selection Committee 7 December, 2019 (Saturday) midnight UTC time [4].
- The decision of the final selection can be expected around
the 15 December, 2019
