Thanks for your interest and support in the upcoming FOSS4G-Asia 2026 event [1].

The final deadline for submission of proposals for Academic Track (oral), General Track (Oral, Poster Track and Workshop proposals in 23 November 2025 (Sun).

Please note that this will be the final deadline and we request your submission before this deadline. See more details at the proposal submission page [2].

Thanks to those who have already submitted their proposals. Please re-check your proposals after logging in with your credentials from the submission page. You will need to select appropriate track using the pull-down menu. We have noticed that several submitter have not selected Tracks appropriately. Some Workshop proposal submitters have inadvertently select Track as Academic (Oral track. You can also edit/modify your proposals before the 23 November 2025 deadline.
