It is with deep regret that I must inform you of my inability to attend FOSS4G-Asia 2026 and present my paper on "Yield Estimation of Potato Crop Using Multispectral UAV and Machine Learning Algorithms."

Despite my sincere efforts to secure funding and manage the logistics, I am unable to arrange the travel and accommodation costs from Kathmandu to Nashik. As a recent graduate currently in an unpaid internship, the financial burden of international travel, accommodation, and associated expenses remains beyond my current means, even with the generous offer of a free conference ticket.

Krishna Sir, I am truly grateful for your consideration and support in offering the complimentary ticket. I deeply appreciate your efforts to help me participate. However, I have tried all possible funding sources and must accept that I cannot responsibly manage the remaining logistics at this time.

Regarding my conference registration: I had already paid the registration fee of USD 59. Could you please advise on the refund process for this amount? I would be grateful for guidance on the necessary steps.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the conference schedule and program planning. I remain deeply committed to the FOSS and geospatial community, and I hope to have the opportunity to contribute to future FOSS4G events when circumstances permit.
