4) Please avail early registration benefits and group discounts. Send in your registration forms to *foss4g.asian@gmail.com* *The early bird registration has been extended till 31 Oct 2014*
5) Please allow some time for the Conference Secretariat to confirm the receipt of your registration
6) Conference program will be finalized and made available online by 15 Oct 2014.

Hi Venka, friends,
Please consider giving Tim Sutton (QGIS) a special invite to the event; last night I noticed Kate Chapman trying to convince him to come[1]. He does great work, is super-nice, and would be a lot of fun there. He doesn't enjoy speaking, or being around large crowds, but he's a strong member of our community.

Hi Venka,
I think Tim is returning home from Indonesia today.
In regards to me, I guess I am the same as everyone else, trying to find funding for the trip. Prices for flights will start to increase fast when the calendar changes to October.
If I can be honest, this would be a heartbreaking event to miss.
Short answer: I hope so too.
