Hi, What do you say about creating a OsGeo LiveCD MOON edition: Data: * Moon rasters * Moon DEM * Moon vectors (past missions, routes) * ... Tutorials: * Project the moon for 2D mapping. * Measure distances * Route between points. * drive a vehicle in the moon. With new opportunities come new challenges, and new challenges leads to innovation. If we commit ourselves to these release we can contribute to this historical event when people like you and me are landing a vehicle in the moon. Dear community, Thanks for sharing your time in the conference. Thanks to the organizers and the people doing the workshops and presentations. I intend to participate in the coding event after the conference and I would like to share my last two days in India ( January 29th and 30th) sharing more knowledge. Hi, Given that we are attending a GIS conference what's the Lat,Lon and Azimut of the conference ( specially for day 1 - the workshops) And giving that the earth is revolving around space, we would need to know the gathering time in Localtime so we do not miss earth.
